    How do I place an item in my cart?

    Once you’ve found an item that interests you, just click the “Add to Cart” button. This button can be found on any item’s detail page, at the bottom. After you’ve finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the ‘Go to my cart’ icon to view the list of items ordered.

    Can I change the quantity of the items ordered?

    To increase the number of any product ordered, please change the value in the quantity box and Click “Update” to see your revised Grand Total.

    How do I delete items from my cart?

    It’s easy to delete an item from your Shopping Cart all you need to do is to click on the Delete Button for the corresponding item.

    What happens if I exit after selecting the items without buying?

    Shopping cart is the online cart and will be destroyed once the person logout. Whereas wish list will be created/destroyed only by the member.

    Delivery time varies from product to product and also from location to location.

    Our logistics partner would take care of the delivery within India. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order or courier is not possible due to technical reasons and Government regulation, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by E-mail.

    What is the lead time for delivery: Orders from are delivered any-where in India through our logistic partners.

    1. Air cargo: 3 to 7 working days.
    2. Surface cargo: 1 to 2 weeks depending on the type and place of shipment. Lead time mentioned (for Air and Surface Cargo) is subsequent to provision of any requisite Forms as demanded by the State Authorities. Since you are legally obliged to provide the Forms, it would be solely your responsibility to do so. If you fail to provide the requisite Forms then the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by E-mail.


    How do I cancel my order: Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order you will have to get in touch with the customer support executive by sending an email at [email protected] and giving reference of your order number. It may be noted that if cancellation of the order happens after authorization of the payment then it attracts the payment gateway service charge, in such a case the respective service charge shall be deducted and the balance paid back to the customer. You may kindly note that order cannot be cancelled once the shipment process has started from our end.

    FAQ’S on Delivery Processing System takes stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that a wrong item is delivered to you, in such a case, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of item is made within 24 hours from the time of receipt of item. There is also a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit, please do not accept if the packaging is torn/ tampered/damaged. Usually the outer packaging reflects and gets damaged before the inner product is damaged therefore please verify the product condition in the presence of the courier staff and avoid taking delivery if the product is damaged. Reporting of damages subsequently shall not be entertained, kindly understand and co-operate.     How soon can you deliver: Our logistics partner would take care of the delivery within India (subject to availability of services) for more details please refer Delivery Information. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled, and the same will be intimated to you by e-mail.

    What if I gave a wrong address: if so, you would be charged a sum of Rs.150/- as shipping handling charges for the wrong address, if delivery attempt has been made. Fresh delivery attempt would be made only after payment of this.

    Please note that each shipment of these items required an adult signature upon delivery, once your order leaves our distribution centre, you will be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.
